Ibericonsultoría is the result of the union of two professionals withsolid and proven experience in the legal and business fields, and who have also experienced first-hand the challenge of establishing themselves in a new country.
Founded in 2018, Ibericonsultoría arose at a key moment. With diverse yet complementary backgrounds, we decided to combine our expertise to offer a unique service in Girona.
Emeline
Born on the outskirts of Paris, I had a nomadic childhood that took me from Normandy to the Caribbean, through Brittany, and finally to Sant Pere Pescador, where I settled at the age of 14. This variety of cultural experiences helped me to develop great adaptability and a passion for working with people. I worked in the hospitality industry for many years, taking on more and more responsibilities and developing my management skills. After the loss of my parents in 2012, I decided to turn my life around and travelled to Thailand to study Eastern therapies. It was there that I had the opportunity to work as a manager at a resort in Malaysia, which led me to join the management team of an international chain.
When I returned to Catalonia, I realised the importance of tax and accounting planning for the success of any business. This motivated me to further explore this field, and I completed a master’s degree in coaching and a professional master’s degree in taxation and accounting. For me, taxation and accounting are not just legal obligations, but essential tools for businesses to thrive.
Benoît
Originally from Lille, in northern France, I knew I wanted to be a notary from the age of 13. I focused my academic career on law and notaries and trained in Paris, where I spent several years working in a notary’s office and law firms specialising in tax and business law. For more than 20 years, I was an independent notary in France, working with a partner and handling wealth and tax law transactions.
In 2017, I decided to move to Sant Feliu de Guíxols to be closer to my family and to start a new chapter in my life. It was then that I decided to found Ibericonsultoría, with the aim of helping foreign entrepreneurs overcome the legal and fiscal challenges of setting up in Spain. Emeline joined the project in 2018 and was key to strengthening the company’s comprehensive approach.
